Reporting to the Channel Director, you will be working within our Channel Team with a remit to drive relationship development, onboarding, and engagement in the UK’s Further Education (FE) College market. You will also be tasked with developing relationships with regional councils, Local Enterprise Partnerships, and Combined Authorities - leading to adoption, expansion, and advocacy for our products. In this role, you will be focusing on new business development and account management in equal measure. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a very ambitious EdTech company.

The Community Manager is responsible for the management, strategic approach, and oversight of all aspects of Code Institute’s student and alumni community. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class community support. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to deliver our Marketing Advocacy Programme, as well as across other teams to facilitate cross-team community approaches that scale support delivery, content distribution, product ideation, feedback, and more. This all combines to build brand presence and trust.

About the role
You will help drive the growth of our market expansion across EMEA via our B2C sales channel, ensuring that all learners develop 21st-century learning skills that enable them to flourish in the workplace. You will work with our Marketing, Product Development, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Operations, Learning Success and Media teams in providing world-class sales experience and successful outcomes for our global student body

Reporting to the Channel Director, you will be working within our Channel Admissions Team with a remit to manage the student assessment funnel and onboarding process for Code Institute’s rapidly growing number of partners. You will liaise on a daily basis with the Channel Sales Team members to ensure you have full visibility of the number of students required by each partner each quarter. You will also need to effectively manage your pipeline to meet the demand and look to continuously optimise the approach using our CRM system.
As Code Institute expands globally, its network of partners is becoming more diverse and the demand for Code Institute’s robust assessment process is integral to the success of the growth of the company. Code Institute is expanding quickly in line with growth and as we enter 2020 employs over 48 full-time and 40 pt staff with a market presence in Ireland, the UK, USA and the Netherlands, operating in the B2C, B2B & Enterprise channels. We will open new markets throughout 2020, reshaping online education and becoming a dominant player in the online Ed-tech market.
The successful candidate will join a fast-growing business during our continued EMEA expansion. This position will ideally suit someone with 2-4 years of experience.

You’ll be directly reporting to our finance manager, but you will be working and communicating with stakeholders across the business.
