The AI Gap
Most organisations are using AI.
Very few are getting value from it.
Yours doesn’t have to be one of them.
82%
of organisations now use AI regularly, but nearly two thirds have not begun scaling beyond pilots – McKinsey
95%
of enterprise AI deployments produce no measurable P&L impact. – MIT NANDA study
3x
High performers are 3x more likely to use AI for enterprise-wide transformative change – McKinsey
Why this course?
Turn AI into real value at work, safely, in three days
Most organisations are already paying for AI and cannot yet show what it returns. This programme builds your capability from the ground up, so you can turn AI into value your organisation recognises, aligned to the goals it is already working towards.
You will learn to do that responsibly, with the privacy, governance, and oversight practices that make adoption defensible. It is built for beginners and non technical professionals, and it treats what AI costs you as part of the return, not an afterthought.
- Identify where AI returns real value in your own work, and align each initiative to the goals your organisation is measured on
- Build your own AI assistant, grounded in your own documents, so the gain shows up in your week rather than in a pilot
- Judge output you can stand behind, and recognise when a confident answer cannot be trusted
- Apply oversight in proportion to the risk, with clear human checkpoints on every use case you adopt
- Protect data, privacy, and intellectual property, and understand where the regulatory lines sit for your organisation
- Control what AI costs you across subscriptions and usage, so the return is not eaten by the spend

Curriculum
What you’ll learn on our programme
AI Accelerator is a three day, live virtual programme for professionals who have the autonomy to change how their own work gets done. It is written for owner managers, directors, senior managers, and independent professionals, and it assumes no technical background and no prior AI experience. The focus is your own productivity, applied to work that matters to your organisation, so everything you build is yours and immediately usable.
The programme is taught applied first. Each block opens with the facilitator demonstrating the technique live, moves to the cohort working through it together, and then gives you time to apply it to your own work with the facilitator alongside you. Cohorts are capped at twelve learners and roughly 60% of the time is hands-on. You will leave with a working AI toolkit built on your own content, a right sized approach to governance and oversight, and a ninety day plan tied to your organisation’s goals.
You will identify the work where AI returns most, weigh it on value and effort, and tie it to goals your leadership already holds. You leave with a shortlist and a ninety day plan, not a list of interesting tools.
Privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and oversight are taught as the things that make adoption defensible. You will set human checkpoints on each of your use cases and draft a one page AI usage policy for your organisation.
You will learn what AI actually costs across subscriptions and usage, and the working practices that bring that cost down. Value only counts net of spend, so cost is treated as part of the business case.

This course is designed for owner-managers, directors, senior managers, and independent professionals who have the autonomy to change how their own work gets done. You don’t need a technical background or prior AI experience, the focus is on your own productivity, applied to work that matters to your organisation.
Three days, delivered as over 20 hours of live, facilitated instruction from 09:00 to 17:00, including a one-hour onboarding clinic. Choose three consecutive days, or one day per week across three weeks, whichever suits your schedule.
You’ll have facilitator coaching throughout, plus step-by-step job aids for your chosen platform. After the course, you’ll get written feedback on your ninety-day plan within five working days, and an optional follow-up clinic thirty days later.
None, it assumes no technical background and no prior AI experience. You’ll need a paid subscription to either ChatGPT or Claude in place before day one. This is to ensure the privacy of your organisation’s data and that any IP created stays with your organisation after the course.
Alongside your paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription, you’ll need one business data file (such as a sales, accounts, or customer export) ready to work with. Plan for around two hours of preparation before day one.
Most laptop computers are perfect for this programme. However, we recommend that the device has at least 4Gb RAM – 8Gb RAM is even better.
Cohort start dates are confirmed once the minimum cohort size is met. Dates and availability may be subject to change, and all registered learners will be notified in advance of any updates.
