The Flexible Skills Programme is a Welsh Government initiative that helps Welsh organisations develop their workforce by contributing towards training costs
Step 1
Discovery
Discuss the needs of your business and what you are looking to achieve through improved Data Analytics, AI or Software Training & Strategy.
Step 2
Application
Submit an Expression of Interest form on the Business Wales website. The Welsh Government will review the EOI to ensure the business meets the criteria.
Step 3
Confirmation
Decisions will typically be made within 10 working days, at which point, training dates can be booked.
Step 4
Training & Invoice rebate
Training received and invoice rebate processed by Welsh Government.
